We have worked hard to develop good relationships with our local suppliers, from farmers and fishmongers to greengrocers and local breweries; our menu and specials board change accordingly to use the best of the seasonal produce the local area has to offer.
Our Head Chef believes in using fresh ingredients that has travelled only a small distance to our kitchen, in order for the flavours to truly shine through in his dishes. Marcin loves nothing more than producing seasonal menus which allows him to use his culinary talents and offer creative dishes to tempt all taste buds, including an extensive range of gluten free and vegan dishes.
